For framed, panel, modular and SIP home construction. Used in non-combustible and water-resistant facade/interior wall systems, partitions, floors, ceilings and wind protection.
SHERA Board is a fibre cement board made from cement, water, sand and natural cellulose fibre. Autoclave treatment creates a high-grade silicate structure.
The material is strong, flexible, resistant to moisture, fire, insects and chemical corrosion, with a neutral pH (7–8) – making it compatible with any adhesive or connector element.
Manufactured using the Hatshek process – the same technology used in the production of highest quality autoclaved concrete products. Do not compare it to gypsum, OSB or cement particle board — fibre cement is a different class of material.
View Dimensions & Weights8 properties that make fibre cement superior to gypsum board, OSB, mineral board or cement particle board
Resistant to all climate impacts – rain, frost, wind and humidity. Unchanged over years of exposure.
Non-combustible material. Fire propagation index I=0. Suitable for firewalls and fire-resistant cladding systems.
Completely waterproof – ideal for wet rooms, bathrooms, swimming pool surrounds and exterior use.
Excellent acoustic performance depending on thickness – suitable for residential and public buildings.
Moisture movement ≤ 0.1% – virtually no cracking or deformation. Stable long-term dimensional performance.
Can be bent (from R=1m), sawn and drilled with standard tools. Suitable for curved facade designs.
Cement structure – termites and other insects cannot damage it. Suitable for tropical climate projects.
Does not corrode metal – safe for contact with steel frames and compatible with any adhesive or sealant.
SHERA Board is suitable for both exterior and interior construction – from facades to floors

SHERA Board is suitable for architects, system suppliers, contractors and distributors
Fibre cement boards allow you to realise complex architectural ideas – from curved facades to textured surfaces.
Standard format 1200×2400 mm, stable thickness tolerance ±6% – ideal for series production and precision assembly.
Suitable for facades, firewalls, wet rooms, floors and roofs. One product – many solutions.
Warehouse in Kaunas – 8, 10 and 12 mm thicknesses in stock. Delivery across Baltics and Poland within 5 working days.
Our products meet strict international quality standards and are certified according to EU requirements.
SHERA Board fibre cement boards meet European certification requirements and have CO₂ (EPD) declarations, making them a reliable choice for manufacturers oriented towards export markets. This means fewer additional approvals, easier compliance with the regulations of different countries, and greater confidence from clients and partners. Such solutions simplify project realisation and open up broader opportunities for growth in international markets.

Fewer materials, fewer mistakes, and faster production – today this is no longer an advantage but a necessity for every frame, modular, or SIP house manufacturer. Every additional layer in the construction means more work stages, a higher likelihood of errors, and more complex logistics that directly reduce production efficiency and profitability. That is why more and more manufacturers are choosing a solution that simplifies the entire process – a fibre cement board adapted not only for the facade, but for the whole structure: from wind barrier solutions to interior walls, partitions, and floor substrates. By using the same board across different construction layers, the amount of materials decreases, joints are simplified, installation speeds up, and the likelihood of human error is reduced.

In real construction conditions, structures are not always protected from weather, so it is important that the material used remains stable even when exposed to moisture or during transport – this ensures quality throughout the entire process, from production to on-site installation. A smaller variety of materials also means simpler logistics, clearer supply chains, and a lower warehousing burden, which directly affects production pace and cost control. At the same time, greater safety is ensured – fire and moisture resistance become an integrated part of the construction, not an additional solution. Most importantly, the structure remains stable even without final finishing, which is especially relevant for modular construction and transportation.
